The Linda Hall Library has extensive archival collections in aeronautics, astronautics, and related scientific and engineering subjects.
Collections include conference and meeting papers and journals published by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) as well as technical reports and other publications from NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and its predecessor, NACA (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics).
The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is the leading professional society for the field of aerospace engineering. It works to advance the arts, sciences, and technology of aeronautics and astronautics.
AIAA was formed in 1963 by the merger of two predecessor organizations. Read more about the history of AIAA.
Linda Hall Library houses an extensive archival collection of papers from AIAA meetings and conferences, many of which have been held regularly over a period of several years, as well as papers published in AIAA journals. The library also has AIAA books and standards in its collections.
